Tax Documents

In preparation for the next tax season, there are a few documents that will need to be filled out and a verification of documents to have on hand:

• Review of Tax Preparation Fees
• CLIENT AGREEMENT

Please be sure to have a copy of the following especially if you have renewed or updated it:

• Last years Tax Return (for new clients ONLY)
• Driver License (State ID) (0r Passport)
• Social Security Card (for all members of your household)
